Come Dance for Disabilities at the first ever Zumbathon® to benefit Easter Seals Wisconsin on Saturday, May 19th at the Madison Marriott West – Superior Room. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™. Instructors include: Kristi Dohm, Allison Gamble, Deb Knuth, Trish Marks, Kristin Ottelien, Monica Stevenson, Marisela Tellez-Giron, Teri Tregoning, Mark Tusler, Julietta Vasquez, and Luanne Vogel.
There will be an informational fair featuring health, wellness and fitness related vendors including Annie Press, Body & Spine Chiropractic Wellness Center, Essential Bodywear, Renu Massage and Day Spa, It Works! body wraps and more. Vendor space is still available.

The 4th annual tractor ride to benefit Easter Seals Wisconsin's FARM Program will be held on Saturday, June 9. The ride begins at Bresina's Bar and Grill, 12037 County Highway B in Tilden. We invide all area farmers and their families to join us for a day of fun and camaraderie. Registration is at 8:30 am and the ride starts at 10:00 am, rain or shine. All tractors are welcome, but must be able to travel at least 10 mph. Food will be available for purchase following the ride. Cost per tractor is $15 or $5 to ride the wagon. The 2nd Annual Easter Event, held at Tanger Outlets was a huge success. Activities included a treasure hunt, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny and a chance to win one of 12 $10 Tanger gift cards or an overnight stay in Wisconsin Dells. Our special thanks to Tanger for once again hosting this event and for all the moms, dads and kids who participated.
The 11th annual Human Race was held Saturday, May 14 at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in Appleton. Easter Seals had 12 local walkers who raised a total of $3,010 to help support the HelpLine's Disability Equipment Grant Progam which helps local families purchase disability related equipment.
Tanger Outlet Center raised $2,025 for Easter Seals Camp Wawbeek through the 1st annual Easter Egg Hunt and Bunny Photos on Saturday, April 23. The event had an overwhelming turnout and Michelle Zuelke, marketing manager for the mall, said plans are to make this an annual event. Special thanks to volunteers from Tanger and Easter Seals for assisting in the days activities.
The 6th Annual Full Service for Easter Seals was held on February 5, 2011. CENTURY 21 Dairyland Realty North agents provided full service at Water’s Edge BP along with a steaming hot cup of homemade chili. All tips collected were be donated to Easter Seals Wisconsin. In addition to their donation of time, energy and chili, CENTURY 21 Dairyland Realty North matched the first $200.00 raised. The money raised will support Easter Seals programs and services for children and adults with disabilities.
The Annual Flake Out Festival in Wisconsin Dells was held the weekend of January 22-24. Saturday began with a delicious Pancake Breakfast at The Crystal Room at Buffalo Phil's. All proceeds from the breakfast benefited programs of Easter Seals Wisconsin. After breakfast participants viewed the amazing ice sculptures, shopped the arts & craft fair and joined in the many fun family activities.
