The 4th Annual FARM Charity Golf Outing is being held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at Inshalla Country Club in Tomahawk. You

Join Us for Golf - All paid entries ($100) will include 18 holes of golf, range balls, cart, prizes and a barbeque dinner at Inshalla.

Join us at Inshalla for Dinner and the Silent Auction - $20 per guest starting at 5:00 p.m.

Make a Cash Donation - Your contribution provides services for children and adults with disabilities in your community.
