AmeriCorps is an opportunity to make a big difference in the lives of those around you. Each year, AmeriCorps offers 75,000 opportunities to adults of all ages and backgrounds to serve through a network of partnerships with local and national nonprofit groups. Since 2004, Easter Seals Wisconsin has partnered with AmeriCorps through a grant from the Corporation for National & Community Service (CNCS). AmeriCorps members are a crucial part of our delivery system; it is because of them that we are able to create new programs and serve more individuals.

AmeriCorps members commit to a term of either 300, 450, 675, 900 or 1700 hours of service. They are provided with comprehensive training and a living stipend. Upon successful completion of their full term of service, the member is eligible to receive an education award, which can be used to pay education costs or repay qualified student loans. We offer positions during the school year, summer and year-round.

Easter Seals Wisconsin does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, political affiliation, military service or marital or parental status. Reasonable accommodations are made to recruit and retain people with disabilities.
